Bed & Breakfast:

The old white barn, witch housed long ago, 15 cows was completely converted into a beautiful

two-bedroom Bed & Breakfast in 2023.

The rooms have been named after the first products we harvested ourselves from our own land:

OLIVE & DRUIF

Both rooms have beautiful high ceilings and are air-conditioned.

The sleeping area has two single beds that can be made up as desired:

2 persons with twin comforter
2 persons with 2x single comforter.
2 single beds each with their own comforter.

OPTIDEE® has been chosen for the bed linen and towels.

Furthermore, there is a sitting area in the room and we offer our guests the possibility to make their own coffee or tea.

Each room has a spacious bathroom, with walk-in shower, double basins, toilet (& bidet), bath towels, hair dryer and closet.

A refrigerator is also provided.

Surrounding the rooms is a large terrace with pergola and lounge chairs.

Plenty of opportunity to enjoy (with a good book and/or a nice cool drink) the sun or shade. To listen to the silence and look at the beautiful view in peace.

If the weather does not yet allow for breakfast outside, the dining table with two chairs in the room. In the period that breakfast can be enjoyed outside, we move the table with two chairs to the terrace near the Bed & Breakfast rooms.

In the period from June 15 to September 15, we furnish each terrace with a pool, two sun beds and a parasol. At this time of the year a pool with cooling water cannot and should not be missing.

Each room then has access to its own (private) pool.

Rooms can be booked from 1 night, arrival is possible on all days.

Arrival is between 16.00h - 20.00h. Our check out time is before 11.00h, of course after a delicious breakfast.

We deliver breakfast to the room daily. Around 8:30am, the picnic basket with fresh (warm) bread, a boiled egg, freshly squeezed orange juice, spreads and crockery will be placed on the terrace. Our guests can decide what time they want to have breakfast.

Upon arrival we offer our guests a drink of the house, a good moment for the administrative handling as read in our Terms and Conditions.

Free Wi-Fi is available, we have no facilities for children and pets are allowed by arrangement.

Room OLIVE:
The name of this room OLIVE says enough about the color. In this room, the main color is olive green.

A lovely bright room with white and natural accessories (wood).

Just think, wake up after a good night's sleep, open the doors and quietly wake up with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the beautiful Tuscan view from the bed!

Room GRAPE:
The main color of room DRUIF is grape-red. With black and natural accessories (wood).

Also this room offers a beautiful view and the possibility to wake up slowly with a cup of coffee or tea after a wonderful night's sleep and enjoy the beautiful view of the Tuscan hills.
